Refund and Returns Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel or seek a refund for a product purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Cancellations/Returns

Cancellations or return requests will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the sellers/merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the shipping process, or if the product is already out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

Refunds/Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be provided if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

Replacement products will be delivered within 5 days.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has inspected and verified the issue.

Product Mismatch or Expectations

If you feel that the product received does not match what was displayed on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must inform our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer service team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Refund Processing

In the case of refunds approved, once we received the items back, it will take 7 working days for the refund amount to be credited to the original payment method after deducting the Courier charges from the customer.
